Our Project Supervisors are master carpenters who are also skilled construction site managers. Your Project Supervisor is your Point of Contact during construction. He or she is onsite and responsible for the successful completion of your project in accordance with the construction contract, often working alongside the Assistant Project Supervisor and other production personnel performing carpentry tasks. The Project Supervisor’s responsibilities include client comfort assurance, client communication, resource management (personnel, equipment, supplies, subcontractors, services, etc.), accurate and timely material ordering, preparing take-offs and stock lists, coordinating special order items based on lead times, arranging, receiving, checking, and authorizing deliveries, coordinating and tracking returns and credits, ensuring jobsite safety and safety, regulatory, and code compliance, maintaining quality control, and managing schedules and documentation.
