- The Production Coordinator/Estimator and Designer will visit the site, take lots of digital photos, make detailed measurements of interior and exterior spaces, and make lists of materials and systems in place.
- The measurements (or Owner-provided drawings) are input into Contractor’s CAD program, and plans are generated, which may consist of: Foundation plan; Floor plan(s); Elevations; and Site Plan(s). We will send you copies of as-built plans either electronically or printed, as requested.
- Existing conditions details are incorporated into our database(s) to ensure appropriate design guidance and to facilitate comprehensive pricing.
