Our iterative communication process ensures your confidence that you won’t settle for a design that does not answer every element involved. We create and re-create sketches as necessary to convey design concepts, and develop floor plans and elevations to illustrate design and create concept prints.
We determine elements to be incorporated within Project to the extent practical to establish parameters for Interim Price. Providing interim pricing in conjunction with design allows you to know your concept meets your budget so you avoid the disappointment of falling in love with an unachievable dream.
Interim pricing is a valuable tool for “constructability review” and is more reliable than “ballpark” or “per square foot” pricing; it is not intended as a Contract Price. Contractor uses in-house estimates in lieu of obtaining quotes from trade contractors. Allowance values are used in place of finalized Owner selections or where exactitude is not possible. At presentation of Interim Price, Owner may elect to refine the Design if modification to Project is desired for any reason.
